Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled Holds ‘2025 Job Development Project Results Sharing Session’
The Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled (Chairman Lee Jong-sung, hereinafter referred to as the Agency) held the ‘2025 Job Development Project Results Sharing Session’ at Sky31 Convention in Seoul on November 17. This event introduced the achievements of 40 new jobs created to expand employment for people with disabilities and served as a venue to award and share outstanding job development cases and ideas.
The Seoul Southern Branch’s ‘AI Agricultural Robot Operator’ was selected as this year’s top job and received the Minister of Employment and Labor Award. This advanced role manages all aspects of smart agriculture, including seedling tray setup, AI-based robot operation, and seedling inspection. It was recognized as an innovative case connecting future industries with employment for persons with disabilities.
For individual ideas, Mr. Choi Yun-cheol’s ‘Smart Work Connection Support Officer System’ received the Minister’s Award. This role connects field workers with office staff in public institutions, reducing inefficiencies like delayed public inquiries. It is a high-level job requiring coordination and judgment, not mere assistance, and is significant for expanding the scope of work for people with disabilities.
