【Able News Reporter Lee Seul-gi】Seoul Metropolitan Government announced on the 9th that it will open approximately 5,000 advertising spaces it owns—including subway interiors, kiosks, and shoe repair stands—for use by small business owners and non-profit organizations.
Accordingly, the city will conduct the ‘2025 2nd Seoul Metropolitan Government Public Media Citizen Access Group Contest’ from the 10th to October 17th, providing free advertising support for small business owners and non-profit organizations.
The ‘Seoul Metropolitan Government Public Media Citizen Access’ initiative supports advertising for small businesses, non-profit organizations, and others by utilizing the city’s advertising media to revitalize the local economy. Since launching the Citizen Access program in 2012, the city has provided free advertising on over 222,000 media spaces to 509 businesses as of the first half of this year.
Non-profit corporations/organizations or small businesses/small business owners (including disabled-owned businesses, women-owned businesses, cooperatives, traditional markets, social enterprises, and shared enterprises) with an address within Seoul’s jurisdiction are eligible to apply.
