The Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled announced on the 1st that it is accepting submissions for the 2025 Call for Ideas to Expand Employment for People with Severe Disabilities. Hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and organized by the Agency, this contest runs until October 15.
This contest was established to discover practical and effective ideas for expanding employment for persons with severe disabilities through public participation. Any interested citizen can participate.
Now in its 7th year, this contest has changed its format to allow idea submissions not only in text but also in video or image formats. This improvement aims to enable participants to freely express their ideas, and it is expected to uncover a wide range of innovative ideas.
Bonus points will be awarded for ideas related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues, aiming to actively recruit ideas that can contribute to expanding employment for people with disabilities in these fields.
