As it enters its second year, the youth disability work experience program BTS (Booster for Talent’s Success), operated under the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s ‘Future Today Work Experience Project,’ has recently concluded successfully.
PersolKelly Korea, the operator of BTS, stated, “This program, which ran from May 2024 to February 2025, showcased an evolved support system through more segmented operations including tailored career design, regional hub models, and customized support by disability type.”
The second-year BTS program consisted of △a total of 4 Step Up courses △2 Level Up courses △2 Career Days △Work-Life Balance Camp for graduates △online individual coaching △advanced practical face-to-face training, among a variety of content. Notably, compared to 2023, the program structure was strategically redesigned to focus on enhancing the actual capabilities of participants.

Throughout the entire program, participants noted the detailed attention from PersolKelly Korea, which considered various disability types such as acquired brain injury, physical disabilities, and visual and hearing impairments by providing 1:1 mentoring, sign language interpreters, stenography support, and safety personnel. Participants remarked, “This program well-considered the characteristics and capabilities of disabilities. In particular, project practice through collaboration with current professionals was helpful for actual employment.”
