The Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) published the ‘2024 Job Development Casebook (A Start Towards the Future, Seizing New Jobs)’ on the 17th.
The Agency has been promoting a project to develop new jobs every year to create and disseminate quality jobs for the disabled, and since 2023, it has been conducting more strategic job development by dividing it into three detailed projects.
Specifically, through the ‘Leading Company Strategic Job Development Project’ that selects companies capable of leading employment for the disabled to develop strategic jobs, the ‘Field-Centered Job Development Project’ that develops jobs considering the characteristics of local companies centered around the Agency’s affiliated institutions, and the ‘Severe Disability Employment Model Development and Dissemination Project’ that expands self-sustaining job development centered on the region, a total of 36 suitable jobs for the disabled were developed in 2024.
