“Customized BTS Program for Young People with Disabilities” Career Day Successfully Completed with Participating Global Companies
The Career Day event for young people with disabilities preparing for employment in global companies was successfully held on the 6th at the Seoul Facilities Corporation International Conference Hall.
The Career Day is an event connecting global companies and young people with disabilities, organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and operated by global HR service company PersolKelly Korea. This is the third session following the first start in the second half of 2023 and the second session in the first half of 2024, as part of the 2024 Young People with Disabilities Work Experience Program BTS (Booster for Talent’s Success), with a total of four global companies and over 30 young people with disabilities participating successfully.
The event included young people with disabilities aged 15 to 34 interested in employment and work experience in global companies, regardless of the type of disability, as well as HR professionals and current employees from global companies participating in the work experience program aimed at hiring young people with disabilities.
