Providing career exploration and job experience for isolated and reclusive youth
The second term of the ‘Youth On&Up’ program, jointly operated by the Youth Foundation and PersolKelly Korea, successfully concluded a corporate visit with Peace Winds Korea at 5 PM on the 23rd.
According to the Youth Foundation on the 24th, this visit took place at Heyground Seoul Forest in Seongsu-dong, Seoul. Through the Heyground tour, participants had the opportunity to understand the role and activities of nonprofit social innovators by exploring a space where social enterprises and nonprofit organizations gather. Peace Winds Korea explained its activities and challenges as a nonprofit social innovator to the youth, discussing the meaning and challenges of working in the nonprofit sector through conversations with current professionals.

The Youth On&Up program provides a certificate of completion and youth support funds upon graduation, along with emotional support through psychological counseling and various job experience opportunities. Participating youth will have networking opportunities through corporate visits, career design roadmap sharing sessions, leap camps, and receive various support for entering society.
