It is part of the ‘Borderline Intelligence Youth Work Competency Enhancement and Work-Learning Research Project’ promoted by the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled under the Ministry of Employment and the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled, together with the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Youth Foundation.
It recruited 117 young people in two rounds in March and May this year, and runs customized career counseling, vocational training, and work-learning courses. Specifically, from the basic skills necessary for work life, the process of learning in advance about the actual work performed at a work-learning company is also conducted.
