COMAX CEO Byun Woo-seok participates in company tour, encourages young people
| Domestic and Foreign Economic TV=Yoo Hyun-jung | The Youth Foundation and Persol Kelly Korea successfully completed the ‘Isolated Youth Work Experience Program Youth On&UP Career Warm-up 1st’ company visit held at COMAX, a smart home company.
Youth On&UP is a program designed in collaboration with the Youth Foundation, which supports young people for isolated and reclusive youths who feel that they have little or no social support base, and Persol Kelly Korea, which has a professional education and training program for talents, so that career education and job experience can be provided through self-understanding of young people as part of the Future Tomorrow Work Experience Project hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The program is operated in two courses, Career Warm-up (Career Design Type/2-week Course) and Career Step-up (Job Training/5-week Course), and according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, participating youths will receive a youth support fund and a certificate of completion.
The 1st Career Warm-Up training course, which was operated in July, was conducted as a specialized career design program for isolated and reclusive youths who dream of re-entering society, such as in-depth self-understanding based on self-diagnosis, education on understanding job characteristics and career exploration, one-on-one psychological counseling, strength coaching counseling, company visit and practice, and career design roadmap sharing meetings.
